Shipping origin


Some products may be shipped from international warehouses (including Asia, Europe, or North America) depending on product availability and supplier location.


Shipping fees


We currently offer:
Free shipping on most products (if applicable to your store settings) or
Shipping fees calculated at checkout (depending on product and destination)


Order tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to become active.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


Incorrect address


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or stolen packages


Naliaglow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly.
