Your purchase is protected by our 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare products cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
